APPLICATION FOR PRE-KINDERGARTEN
*To apply for pre-kindergarten your child must be 4 by October 15th and fully potty-trained.
Presently, financial aid is available to those who qualify only for kindergarten - 8th grade students.

Download a pre-kindergarten application today. The application, along with your application fee, can be mailed or dropped off to St. Catharine of Siena School 2330 Perkiomen Avenue Reading, PA 19606. *Application and application fee must be received in order to hold your student's seat in class.

APPLICATION FOR KINDERGARTEN - 8TH GRADE
*To apply for kindergarten your child must be 5 by October 15th.
Financial aid is available to those who qualify for kindergarten - 8th grade students (after admittance, a financial aid application can be submitted through a STS - Simple Tuition Solutions - account.)
*Please note, for students transferring into 1st - 8th grade the last two years' report cards, as well as a copy of any IEP, GIEP, 504 IST and behavioral reports must be reviewed by our principal prior to admission and submitting an application. These documents can be emailed to Stephanie Conlon, admissions, at sconlon@scsreading.org or faxed to our office to the attention of Stephanie Conlon, Admissions at 610-779-6888. Once these documents are reviewed and approved by our principal, you will be invited to submit an application.
